On the other hand heat the oil in the frying pan till it start sizzle when splashed with water. Now put cakes in the oil and fried until its color changes into golden brown. Garnish cakes with sliced cocumber, Thai chilli sauce, fresh coriander and with lime juice. Served with rice.
